Heya, Happy New Year!🎇

It's been said that if you fail to plan then you plan to fail, so in thinking about planning for 2023, here's six procrastinator-friendly tips I'm using to help set realistic and achievable goals for the year;

#1. Start small and make a goal tracking schedule: Don't tackle too many goals at once, that can make things daunting. Focus on setting small, achievable goals that will help build momentum, discipline and consistency. For example, if your goal is to be fit, you can break that down into a workout calendar showing how many days you'll workout and what exercises etc., or hire a personal trainer that can help attain your fitness goals.

#2. Set specific and measurable goals that are so clear you know what you need to do to achieve them, and measurable enough that you can track your progress.

#3. Set a deadline for each goal to help keep motivated and to give a sense of urgency. Allow yourself adequate time to accomplish your goals, but not so much time that you'll feel comfortable procrastinating.

#4. Accountability goes a long way, tell someone (that you respect and that cares) about your goals and provide them regular progress check-ins as agreed to help keep committed and on track. Seek help if you need it!

#5. Celebrate your progress, every step you complete and every goal you achieve. You deserve it!

#6. Lastly, be kind to yourself when you make mistakes or fall behind, don't give up! Fight the urge to quit, pick yourself up and try try again no matter how many times you fall!

I hope these tips are helpful! Remember, progress is more important than perfection, and with hard work, patience and perseverance, you can achieve your goals!

Wishing you great success in 2023!

Catch you in the next post!
