What a year! Sooo many lessons learnt but these ones came to mind first.

To give myself the permission to explore my creativity in any form, I've been amazed at just how happy I am when I'm creating something and I love it!
Celebrate and cherish all the wins, big or small, it's great for esteem and confidence building!
The grass is greener where you water it, and this applies to every area of life.
Getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out on the same day was brave, but not smart😭🥴😂. Do not do it!
Never apologise for leaving circumstances, people or places that adversely affect your health, especially your mental health.
Consistency produces results. Discipline and motivation are essential for achieving your goals but consistency is the vehicle that gets you there.
Indecision is still a decision. If you don't say no, then you've said yes. I can certainly think of a few moments during the year where I know I should have said no, but I didn't and this caused me great discomfort at the cost of people pleasing.
I have regrets and that's okay, life goes on. I've made some foolish decisions 🥴 and suffered their consequences but this is what makes me human, not in trying to live life perfectly but in still living and being worthy of second chances despite my imperfections.
What are some of your 2021 lessons? Can you relate to any of mine? Let me know in the comments!
Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year! 🎄❤️
Catch you in the next post!
